Previous Guilds and Reason for leaving (be honest): I just transferred from Frostwolf, I left that server is because the Horde and Alliance ratio is like 4:1 (Horde:Alliance) and I wanted to be in a Server with a balance ratio.

WOTLK End-game experience: Currently - I know 11/12 ICC10/25, in addition to all the hard mode for ICC as well (Except LK).

BC End-game experience/Pre-BC End-game experience: Hmm.. almost everything, but I did forgot some stuff.

Vent, do you have it? Will you talk?: Yes, I have ventrillo and I will talk.

Do you react well under pressure?: I am really good at reacting well under pressure, because I went through a lot in real life. Which improved my skills in that matter.

Do you know your class well enough to be confident in the decisions you make while raiding and do you have the patience required to learn new encounters?: Yes, I know my class really well. Furthermore, I am willing to learn new encounters and well.

When it comes time to do so are you willing to take the gear that best suits your raid-role (whether it's healing/dps/tanking/etc.)?: As in ninjaing? No I wouldn't ninja because in the end WoW is still just a game, and I am just trying to enjoy WoW as much as I can. But if its not Ninjaing, then of course I would love MS>OS

Do you "lag" in Raid Environments (again, be honest)?: Nope, I do not lag in raid environments.

Do you want to be in this guild for the long-term?: Yes, I am just trying to find a good progression guild for now and the future *catc.*

Why do you want to join Zero Charisma?: Hmm, because from what I saw in trade chat, your guilds has a pretty good progression and I do not know any other guild.

Looks like he has lots of raiding experience and ICC at 10/12 on a character auditor.

What was happening that you didn't kill Sindragosa?

On the last attempt before I transferred to Nerzhul, we got Sind. down to 1% in our 25 man, "300k" left, then we wipped. After that we only got it down to 5-7%. It is because there is always the special someone in the raid who kept on messing up on a tiny issues. And that one person was the Guild Leader's Wife. In addition the old guild I was in they didn't really progress much. After a few wipe they usually called it. In addition they don't continue it, which was a shame.
