Elemental is what i intend to raid as but im currently making a offspec healer set as well.

Previous Guilds and Reason for leaving:
I just transfered from thunderlord, my precious guild was fable. I left them cause I wanted a better server and I was tired of how much fable would fight and yell at each other about raiding.

Experience in Wotlk, BC, and PreBC: I didn't start playing wow til Wotlk so I never really raided much of the BC or PreBC raids, but I have done everything up to the LK in 10mans and I have done about 8/12 LK bosses in 25man including some different hardmodes.
Vent, do you have it? Will you talk?: I have vent and yes I will talk.

Do you react well under pressure?: Yes i react pretty well under pressure and if I do make i mistake I will never repeat the same mistake more then the first time.

Do you know your class well enough to be confident in the decisions you make while raiding and do you have the patience required to learn new encounters?: I am very confident in the knowledge that I have of my class. I also have alot of patience when it comes with new content because it takes awhile to get used to doing something for people and figuring out what to do.

When it comes time to do so are you willing to take the gear that best suits your raid-role (whether it's healing/dps/tanking/etc.)?: I will play what ever spec you want me.

Do you "lag" in Raid Environments (again, be honest)?: Nope

Do you want to be in this guild for the long-term?: If I am welcome in the guid I would like long-term. I really like to help guild mates out with achievements and other stuff they need so long-term guild is what im trying to find.

Why do you want to join Zero Charisma?: This guild really fits the raid schedule and progression that I am looking for in a raiding guild.

Unfortunately for me, there isn't much I can criticize. Too bad you aren't a lock though!

Only thoughts: you may consider reglyphing Flame Shock over Lava. You probably should replace your boot enchant. You don't need that 12 hit, and runspeed is more useful than the 12 crit.

Anyway, gear looks solid, spec and everything are great.

More importantly, to me: You followed directions with your app and used a different colour. You used capitals and periods and complete sentences. This is shocking and makes me give your app the thumbs up

yes I know about the glyph lessa and as of right now cause my gearscore is too low I will get more damage from lvb gylph until my gear score reaches a higher lvl.
