Previous Guilds and Reason for leaving (be honest): Fable on Thunderlord. I became too bored to play over there. I grew tired of playing races who had racials with absolutely no benefit. That and my old server became a completely lag infested server on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. DPS decreases due to lag ranged from 2-3k less dps. I can explain more in a vent conversation some time.

WOTLK End-game experience: Everything in LK aside from 25 ToGC Anub, and LK in 10/25 man
BC End-game experience/Pre-BC End-game experience: BC I full cleared aside from Kil'jaeden. Pre-bc I didn't raid.

Vent, do you have it? Will you talk?: Yes, I have it. Yes, I'll talk.

Do you react well under pressure?: Always. Pressure prevents complacency.

Do you know your class well enough to be confident in the decisions you make while raiding and do you have the patience required to learn new encounters?: I'm more than willing to help the guild progress. Wiping on new content comes with the territory. Very confident in my knowledge of my class.

When it comes time to do so are you willing to take the gear that best suits your raid-role (whether it's healing/dps/tanking/etc.)?: I'm willing to take gear. I won't take gear if it's better suited for someone else. Forcing gear on me irritates me. Being honest.

Do you "lag" in Raid Environments (again, be honest)?: No.

Do you want to be in this guild for the long-term?: If the guild and I are compatible, if the guild continues to raid and if I'm accepted, yes. I am typically a very loyal person.

Why do you want to join Zero Charisma?: Buslink pretty much saw me and whispered me within 17 seconds of my faction change to Horde. No way in hell I'll let a guild run with only 1 rogue.
