Current Spec and Intended Raid Spec: Combat on my rogue. Ele main spec resto offspec on my shaman

Previous Guilds and Reason for leaving (be honest):
Merchants of Death, leader failed to show up, people were sloppy.
Amateurs, people fail to show up, and fail at eye beams.

WOTLK End-game experience:
Sarth + 2, OS, EoE, Naxx(I have undying on my shaman) Didn't get OS+3 because people don't know how to dodge fire.

BC End-game experience/Vanilla End-game experience:
Raided with Buslink during BC into SSC/TK on my rogue.
Didn't play during vanilla.

Yes and yes

Do you react well under pressure?:
NOT IF A BOSS IS COMING TO KILL ME

Do you know your class well enough to be confident in the decisions you make while raiding and do you have the patience required to learn new encounters?: Yeah, just as long as it's not people dieing in eye beams or some other stupid reason.

When it comes time to do so are you willing to take the gear that best suits your raid-role (whether it's healing/dps/tanking/etc.)?:
Yus.

Do you "lag" in Raid Environments (again, be honest)?:
Averaging 15 fps in Ulduar

Do you want to be in this guild for the long-term?:
Aslong as everything's smooth and the people are chill.

Why do you want to join Zero Charisma?:
Because you guys have cake and pie.
I mean because Buslink said it was legit, and 7 down in Ulduar is further then Amateurs O_O
